The term “Services” refers to business solutions such as Restaurant Feedback and Queue Management mobile apps that are integrated with the Intellibooks Point of Sale (PoS) system.
“Content” encompasses all materials created and made available by Intellibooks in relation to the Services, including, but not limited to, interfaces, features, graphics, designs, compilations, codes, products, software, functionalities, ratings, reports, and data related to usage in association with your account, excluding User Content and third-party content.
“Your Content” or “User Content” refers to content you upload, share or transmit to, through, or in connection with the Services, such as ratings, reviews, images, messages, customer information, table availability, usage data, and any other materials displayed in your account.
General Rules Regarding Conduct
The App is meant for your personal use. You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services in compliance with these Terms.
Use of the Services for any illegal activity or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms is prohibited.
When using the App, you must comply with all applicable Indian laws and any relevant international laws (collectively, “Applicable Laws”).

You agree to indemnify Intellibooks and its affiliated companies fully and on demand from and against any loss, damage, costs, or expenses incurred directly or indirectly as a result of your use of the App not in accordance with these Terms or Applicable Laws.
Intellectual Property Rights and Content
Intellibooks is the exclusive owner of the copyrights of the Services and our Content. We also own the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, trade dress, and other intellectual and proprietary rights associated with the Services and Our Content, all of which are reserved.
You acknowledge that the Services contain original works and have been developed, compiled, revised, selected, and arranged by us and others through the application of methods and standards of judgment developed and applied through substantial time, effort, and money, and it constitutes our valuable intellectual property.
To the greatest extent permissible under applicable law, we make no warranties or representations that your utilization of materials displayed on the Services will not infringe upon the rights of third parties that are neither owned by nor associated with us.You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any claim that the Services infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other contractual, intellectual, statutory, or common law rights.
You also acknowledge that the Services may contain information designated as confidential by Intellibooks, and you shall not disclose such information without our prior written consent.
Except as otherwise expressly granted to you in writing, we do not grant any other express or implied right or license to the Services, our Content, or our Intellectual Property Rights.
By providing Your Content, you irrevocably provide us with an enduring, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to utilize Your Content for any purpose, including, but not limited to, API collaborations with third parties across all current and future media platforms. You irrevocably waive any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to Your Content brought against us, any third-party services, and their users.
You are responsible for Your Content. You represent and warrant that:
– Your Content was not submitted via any automated process such as a script bot;
– Use of Your Content by us, third-party services, and their third-party users will not violate or infringe upon any of your rights or those of a third party;
– Your Content is in compliance with these Terms and all relevant laws.
You bear all responsibilities and risks associated with Your Content, encompassing the potential reliance of any party on its quality, precision, or reliability, or any disclosure by you of information within Your Content that could reveal your personal identity.
Intellibooks may monetize some of this Content through the use of third-party affiliate programs. Despite such programs, Intellibooks does not control or influence any Third Party Websites, is not responsible for their availability or contents, and does not endorse them unless otherwise stated.Your use of third-party services will be governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Third-party content does not reflect the views of Intellibooks, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, directors, or shareholders.
We may obtain business addresses, phone numbers, and other contact information from third-party vendors who gather their data from public sources. We make no representation or endorsement regarding the accuracy, relevance, copyright compliance, legality, completeness, timeliness, or quality of any product, services, advertisements, and other content appearing in or linked to from the Services.
We do not screen or investigate third-party material before or after its inclusion on our Services.
